I also have concerns about this convertible debenture. However, since is is rather small within context, I do not believe it will have a terribly significant impact.

All in all, I believe that this is another step in the calculated building up of the company. We knew the company would need financing. Obviously, it will need much more than this, in order to exploit this claim. This seems like a manageable bite to take off at this time.

Becoming a fully reporting company is great news!

For the short term, the reincorporation in Deleware and the recall of all the stock will have a much more significant impact on the stock price. The company kept it low-key in the release. Even the IR people at IKAR are down playing it's significance. But make no mistake about it, this is a genuine hardball play!!!

They are saying loud and clear to anyone who is tempted to short IKAR stock - "DONT F*** WITH US!"

If the short sellers have not covered themselves during the recent stock dips - they have to now!! This is a forced reconcilliation of actual shares to shares sold. Anyone who does not convert their old stock for new stock will end up with worthless paper.

Although it may be inconvenient for us to convert, I believe that if this drives out the short sellers - I'm for it. I also believe that this will push the stock back up quickly.

DO NOT SELL YOUR STOCK BEFORE THE CONVERSION DATE!!! LET'S SEE IF WE CAN'T SWEAT THESE SHORTERS JUST A LITTLE!!!!
