Dear Jim: Suggest you read the entire 10k and not just the client list. Two bothersome things I noticed on only a limited perusal are 1. This summer they must register an additional 2mm+ shares in connection with the acquisition of which only 837K seem to be locked up until year end. 2. Were it not for licensing fees this company would be in deep doo doo. Suggest you learn how much of the licensing fees are recurring (royalties) and how much are one time fees (end users). The portion related to end users ;probably is pretty much over now. Ie anyone who wants to buy a tool surely has by now. JDN
