With all due respect, your opinion is not reflected in the real world. I have never read anything or heard anyone other than you say that Universal even approaches Disney in quality, but then again some people prefer Hydrox over Oreos too. Last time I was in Orlando I stayed at WaltDisneyWorld for about two weeks. One day I decided to see Universal and could not get family and friends from the Orlando area to go with me - they had done Universal and didn't want to go back. When I saw them later in the day they accosted me with the words "now do see why we didn't go?". Yes, I did understand and was elated: Universal was Hydrox and absolutely no threat to Disney. I have no doubt that Universal gets the curious and unknowing to buy their heavily discounted tickets before they realize their impending waste of time. I just wonder how many would want to go back. It's an easy bet that they do not get the repeat business that Disney does. When people go to cental Florida they go to see Disney, Universal is nothing but a sideshow. With Animal Kingdom, that sideshow just got much smaller. Btw, the Bronfman's investment in Universal has been a terrible move and has cost them dearly.
