My Regards, Jerry 08:44 ET KLA-Tencor Corp (KLAC) 38 1/4: Chip equipment maker said it expects Q3 results to come in below Street estimates. Sees a sequential decline in revenues of 17% to approx. $270 mln vs the $300 mln expected by the Street. On a bottom-line basis, company was expected to earn $0.47 a share for the qtr. KLAC cites a slowdown in capital spending by the worldwide semiconductor industry. Issue indicated 2 pts lower this morning.
