Maspeth, Northfield, Ridgewood, Flatbush we all have bucks there so lets just forget about it till we hit payday. Now there really are not that many great candidates left for conversion so we should figure out our next choices before the 6/30 craziness begins. I feel banks such as Apple, Emigrant and Jamaica Savings are good candidates. What picks do you guys have. I am only interested in NY banks because that is where I am a resident and some banks are getting picky about residency rules. Also did anyone hear if Independence will pay a dividend or when will they report 1st quarter earnings?
