With Fed Funds trading 3 1/2 % above inflation, you are surprised the Fed didn't raise rates? The budget deficit is shrinking and headed to a surplus, Implicit Price Deflator is under 2%...I don't know, I think the long end of the yield curve has been trying to desperately send a message to the Fed, who still isn't listening. TG
