SOE CHATROOM FOR ALL ON THE UNDERNET. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. IT IS VERY EASY. 32 AND 16 bit welcome :-)

1: Download any mirc chat program (available for Windows 95,
>3.1, NT and Mac) from - mirc.co.uk
> 2: If you are not yet familiar with using mirc, then you can
>download the faq file from the web site above or just play around with it
