I'm inclined to increase money in European small caps, buy red china and mexico on dips, and stay out of the US except for microcaps. U.S. real estate is the incredible bargain right now, and gold, relative to equity valuations. IMHO baby boomers might be better off cashing in their 401Ks and buying rental houses for their old age than buying into this idiocy. Maybe they are- maybe that's why the resale house sales are screaming.
