So....the NASD is going to spend what, $5million to educate the public on the perils of investing based on what is on the Internet???

Give me a break NASD/SEC....THE ABOVE is what you should be fixing along the the incredibly immoral bulletin board market maker system that allows NASD market makers to trade and profit IN THEIR OWN ACCOUNTS THE VERY SECURITIES they should ONLY be trading for the public, my GOD, talk about the fox in the henhouse....HOW MANY BILLIONS OF DOLLARS HAVE BEEN BILKED FROM THE INVESTING PUBLIC ON THE TWO ITEMS ABOVE SEC/NASD???

THAT IS THE REAL PROBLEM!! FIX IT!!
