Who can give me the guidelines on what the requirements for shorting a Nasdaq small cap. I'm having an argument..errr..discussion on Yahoo I thought a stock had to be $5.00 or above and be marginable?..If anyone knows where the guidelines are in print,please post the link..TIA DD
