Todd - Why would SATC be concerned with the side effects of meat irradiation when that is not employed in their pathogen identification process. RIBS to my knowledge uses lasers to find, but not eliminate, bacterial contaminants. Radiation related concerns, in my opinion, only help RIBS because of the unlikelihood of the market's acceptance of wholesale application of that process. Caret
