I don't think I need to prove anything to you. and you do appear pretty adept at missing the point, is it attention deficit or purposeful? ;-) Are there any that had these exact problems, probably not. Congratulations on proposing the obvious. The point is there are some stocks that were being called a scam and had many problems that ended up doing well. If you take your logic and reverse it, there's no reason to think this will fail because it doesn't have exactly the same characteristics of those that have failed. My point is, it's a rare occurrence for these types of stocks to make it big. Are you actually suggesting that all sucessful issues started out successful or are you arguing for the sake of argument? I don't have the time for the latter.
