Any accountants in the crowd? How long do you think it would actually take to go back through the sales and receiveables ledgers and determine what revenue, if any, was improperly recognized. The nature of an imaging software company is fewer, larger transactions. It isn't like this is MacDonalds and they have five billion transactions to look at. I'm sure they could do the analysis in their AR within a day and a half. Sure, there may be some interesting materials facts to come out, and a restatement, but I can't imagine that is the sole reason for the delay.
