Im baaacck. Baby doing well, still in ICU, but gaining weight and breathing on her own. May be a few weeks before we get to take her home.

FYI Per transfer agent:

MDIN shares issued increased to 43,930,334 as of 4/1.
NPEC shares issued increased to 89,885,246 as of 4/1.

Although shares issued has increased, I believe we will see it is for good reasons. GG
