Beth, I read it as the 2000 product being DSP based.
I do not know from this release the reason for the cancellation
in the Americas. Could be legal, software unready or something
else. I don't think cancellation of the launch is necessarily
the same as cancellation of the product. I must say however,
delays of products are never good.

Another thing that it could be is the switching over to the
Motorola DSP from the Philips DSP.
