I've consistently heard from several sources that the earnings release is the first of several. Yesterday's release was disappointing. The company offered no explanation why revenues were substantially less than their previous SEC filings indicated revenues would be. I can speculate that they just don't have the production capacity to sell more than current levels since they arranged credit to increase capacity. The product is first rate, the market is there, and two new sales channels were signed up. So production capacity becomes the logical culprit.
