Hello Gang! I am back! I waited to post on this thread until I had time to put my thoughts together re Kaiser's latest tracker. It was also a shocker for me! Yes, I was upset and disappointed yesterday morning and was told by one particular close friend that I don't need to take this crap. Sign Off from SI and create my own inventory of individuals who are interested in hearing my views and comments and email them when appropriate. I was in the process of writing my last SI post until I started to receive support emails and calls from my friends on SI and people I am in contact with within the investment community. I was reminded that if I stop posting on this thread for comments that John Kaiser has indirectly said about my posts would be completely foolish. Even though Kaiser was not directly pointing to my behavior but because he attempts to investigate the source of my research team/contact creates a problem for me. I have people who regularly voluntarily feed me with any information they think I may be interested in. I get pieces from different sources and consolidate my data and come to my own conclusions. The source of my information should not be anybody's business. For the record, I am not a principal of any public company. If I was, I would know better not to post street rumors. Everyone I spoke to were surprised that Kaiser would waste valuable space on his tracker on investigating source of leaks. Is he on a mission to stop leaks from spreading? Why? Does he really think that he can stop it? I wonder if he would feel different if he was in contact with information before the public. I am sure it would make him a constant hero to be correct with his predictions which would have been initiated from leaks or rumors. Wise individuals who may have access to the so called 'leaks' would never share the source of the leak or rumor with anyone. People in the investment community feel comfortable sharing information with certain people, I, for one never disclose names of any non-public information or rumors. I will only mention names if it is public information.
This Ashton thread is probably one of the best informed and cleanest SI threads around. This is not just my opinion but from many people. This is the result of hard work from many of us. Most people are honest in their views and remarks at all times.
I pose this question to all of you, and I will respect the majority. If you feel I should not post such so called dreams, rumors or speculative prediction on exploration updates, let me know and I will refrain from posting on SI. The alternative is to email privately. No, I am not going to charge. <g>
Kaiser is a decent guy but too bad he his mouthin' off. I did not need that negative extensive reference in John's letter. It was brought to my attention that Kaiser may have felt threatened that I was stealing his glory and he was trying to slow it down with his last BFT. Is he hoping to block me off? Not a chance! To some people we may offer better and faster expected information and don't charge exorbitant prices!!! Let's face it, he's probably losing readers faster than he's gaining them, and has been bashing the SI thread for a long time until now. Suddenly he admits he lurks and that it's a good place to get a pulse on the market. The SI thread may be stealing his show, and he doesn't like that! Too bad he felt the need to beak off like that-- won't help anyone, really.
Is Kaiser grasping at straws to save his possible dying interest?
John K, if you are reading this, this is the content of one of the many emails I have received, therefore, I am not the only one confused.
>>>Just read Kaiser's latest tracker,he certainly mentioned you a few times.I couldn't figure out what his point was here.<<
For any others on this thread, if you read John's tracker, I would appreciate your comments re John's intent. Can the internet be hurting him? For others that have emailed me personally with your views re the latest tracker, I would appreciate if you post them in public, John does! In closing, I don't think John has a problem with me personally, he seems to be after the source for whatever reason.
