The acquisition of an ISP in Indonesia was so cheap. That was one of the best moves of Mr Chin. Remember, DGIV is in the business of Voice on the internet. They are going to use the lines to set up their telephone network. They did not buy it to be in the browser business. It was a great acquisition!!!
