Why was the NDA filing supposed to be anything other than "neutral" news? All of us knew the filing would occur, and that it was a "non-event". However, we also said the stock would move up in anticipation of the filing, and it did. It seems we anticipated this irrational behavior. Looking forward, I think the stock will move up just before the FDA fast-track decision. However, I think that fast-track approval is highly unlikely. The stock will probably react very strongly to this news. Jim, what's your estimate of the annual U.S. revenues of the starch-based plasma expanders? Do you think that Hextend will expand this market? Steve
