Hi John:

I've been told the company is currently negotiating a licensing; if so, the stock should recover somewhat when and if the deal goes through.

The registration is still going on and I don't know how much longer it's going to take.

In any case, if the company should finalize some material news, the Street will know about it, one way or the other.
