TO: Joe Murphy, Mr. Murphy, if you felt 2.00 for your stock was Grossly under valued, why would you insult someone who was
with your own company and only offer .75 cents for their shares?
This is a very important issue, because it says alot about what you
think the true value of your stock is. Why let the shares go to the open market when you could have offered a fair price for them?
also, where are the forms that show how much stock has been bought back, I believe you stated you would be keeping us informed.
