business, that's his right.<<<Chapter 11 is not as you say "going out of business." It just crashes the stock. From what I see developing, don't rule this out entirely. I own stock in a company right now that is in 11-They have sold a lot more product and have 10 times the number of employees that IOMG has. But guess what, the stock is at $0.25, and I'm buying every share I can because there are only 30 mil outstanding. By the way, this is the 2nd time they have filed. It does happen when there is negative cash flow..and IOMG, depending on if they are factoring receivables or not, does have and will continue to have negative cash flow.Ponzis always come to an end sooner or later. I suggest you take off the rose colored glasses, and put on the kind accountants wear.
