Amir, I agree with your take on Silicon Systems. This is TI's semiconductor fab that's near the ocean. It's a nice place on the outside but inside I've heard a lot of negatives from colleagues. Many quality people are leaving. Do you know what portion of TI's sales are expected to come from Silicon Systems in 98? In 96 or 97 they were well over a billion/year. Mike
