They, like me, are looking for a Company that that makes the technology change less expensive. You don't think TI's announcement that their chip facilitates a $200 modem is valid? As for Ciena, here's their product comparison chart: ciena.com I'm glad they don't have an optical switch. Don't want the router/intelligent switch market to collapse. Later -- Pat
