WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 1998-- NewCom, Inc. (NASDAQ:NWCM) announced today that it has received the 1997 Most Improved Vendor of the Year for Peripherals Award from Computer City(R), one of North America's largest computer superstore retailers.
