Tulvio NEW YORK, April 1 (Reuters) - Jefferies & Co Inc said on Wednesday it started coverage on shares of Bank of Commerce with a buy rating and a $22 per share price target. -- Company is largest bank originator of loans guaranteed by the small business administration and has sufficient unrealized gains from current holdings of small business administration loans to expand asset size by nearly 50 percent without trips to the capital markets, analyst Charlotte Chamberlain said.
