To Steve,
A fellow CVUS investor just called me to say he had just spoken with Meghan at T.G. She was currently working on the press release at that moment. There was no mention by my friend about the 10K, sorry.
Although, my friend did poise the question " is the financing announcement about Fleet Bank?" Her answer was "not necessarily"
It is about financing though, just no specific details. My friend told me that by the time she gets done with the lawyers and crossing all the "T's" and dotting "I's" it may not go out until first thing in the morning. We'll have to wait and see.
I called and left her a message after I got off the phone with my friend.
Let everyone else know more as I hear it.
