HI WISAAM, RPP IS ON RECONSTRUCTION PROCEEDURE. THIS 3 MONTH IS PROBABLY GOOD that why there is anticipation in buying. REMEMBER that we still have 900 millions of debt, we have a 75 millions short term debt to reconduct we are 750 millions share holder we have a possibility of maximum 50 millions dollars profit every 3 months, so roughly .12 cent. my strategy is this do not sale if you have shares. because an offer could make triple the actual price. buy below .23 cent . this stock willclimb when the debt will be reduce below 350 millions, or when an offer will reduce the numbers of shares,or exchange them for a value respectable. MY ESTIMATE OF THIS SPECULATING STOCK IS .60 I PAID 25000 DOLLARS FOR THIS STOCK AT .60,I THOUGHT IT WOULD DOBLE, BUT YOU KNOW THE STORY , TEMPLETON ADMINISTRATION TOOK THE THE COMPANY FOR 135 MILLIONS WASHING THE SHARE HOLDERS WITH 550 MILLIONS MORE ACTION.
