We are testing support at $13 1/2. Volume is quite heavy. It looks like a lot of buyers yesterday bought in in anticipation of a quick pop but since it did not materialize they have decided to unload again. Very interesting. OPMRF has a history of surprising everyone by moving up late in the session. But that was when big institutions were buying.
