David, Ligand may want to keep their numbers to themselves for the time being. But there may be some papers accompanying Phase I/II trials that mention the spike in numbers, and whether or not a meal was part of the protocol. These may be in the public domain, and perhaps Henry knows where to look. For a couple of weeks I'll be out of touch with my source, who may or may not a) know the numbers, or b) feel at liberty to tell. I would guess that Ligand's scientists didn't clutter the dose with a meal that would produce the same effect. A meal shouldn't be necessary for a small molecule drug, should it? Regards, Tuck
