I like earnings, book value and new contracts coming in (totally out of fashion, I realize).
Hence, I am long BXH, CRG, CMP, DIVE, FFC, IHS, RENT, SCZ_T/SCZWS/SCZ.WS (depending which quote service you use) and WMB for value.
My speculative plays are FTIC, OMKT and NRAG. Missed a good deal with ATLPA again but BXH is in the same field.
Why don't you start a thread for XCIT traders? You seem to have it down cold.
Here is why I haven't made 100% already this year. I just don't think like this:

THINK NEW IDEAS (THNK) 22 1/2 +5 3/8. THNK shares are experiencing an unusually large surge in price today on a simple initiation of coverage. Normally, it would take a much better-than-expected earnings report or rumors that the come is in play to move a $17 stock, almost 25% in less than a day. However, in this case, investors are simply responding to a Volpe Brown Whelan initial "strong buy" rating. One of the reasons the firm is so bullish on this issue is because it is expecting the provider of information technology and interactive business solutions to experience explosive margin growth: growing from 1% in the 1st qtr of 1998 to 8.2% by the 4th qtr. In fiscal year 1999, Volpe sees margins widening to 14% or better. Over the next year, the firm sees TKNK shares trading at $30 per share. Based on a Zacks survey, THNK will earn $0.25 (P/E 90) for '99 and $0.68 (P/E 33) a share for '99.

VISUAL NETWORKS INC (VNWK) 28 3/4 +2 3/4 Who the heck is Visual Networks? Judging from the stock's extremely light average daily volume 156,000 shares, there aren't a whole lot of people out there who are familiar with the company. However, anonymity has not been a problem for the manufacturer of WAN service level management systems, at least not as far as its stock price has been concerned. Since VNWK's February 6 IPO, priced at $12.50 a share, the stock has climbed 130% and is today setting a new high. Forty percentage points of the stock's gains year-to-date came on the day of its IPO, as the issue burst onto the scene with a 5 point surge. So, who is Visual Networks, and why have investors run it up to such a lofty level? Visual Networks designs, manufactures and sells WAN service level management systems for statistically multiplexed technologies such as frame relay and IP/Internet. The company's Visual UpTime product provides instrumentation for network performance measurement and analysis that allows WAN service providers to achieve service levels required by subscribers and to lower operating costs associated with statistically multiplexed services. Co-managers of the company's IPO, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Morgan Greenfell rate the stock "market outperform" and "buy," respectively.
