Joe, Just a hunch, but I'll bet the MM's had gone short during those days of accumulation and took us down today to cover. Looking at the TL, it's amazing how little buying it took to raise the ask back up..I don't think the MM's want to turn loose of shares right now.

As to the question someone posed to you about who's shares were bought back with the buyback $$, I don't see the point?? As I understood the offer, anyone could resell their shares back to the company if they wished to do so. Obviously from the numbers of shares bought back, not many choose to do so. Joe Murphy has always said he was most concerned about his LT investors, so why offer full market price to buyback shares for someone that wanted out anyway? The less the company pays for shares, the larger the pie is for the ones left holding..makes perfect sense to me.

James
