Geo, What Tim has failed to mention is that B of M has a online service which is probably the worst example of a web sight I have ever seen. It is continuosly breaking down and it is very frustrating to get on line to check you portfolio or to place a trade and be cut off right in the middle of it. They have been promising changes for a long time and when they did come it was no better. I'm seriously considering going over to greenline. The B of M Investorline is just not worth the agravation anymore. If you want to talk to somebody about their service, call Dian Cullen, the sales manager at (416)594-5724. Good luck.
