In turning the plane or ship a different way, let us all look at the 10-QSB again. Here's a quote folks, "The Company has elected to value these transactions at a discount to tradeable price on the day of issuance." What does this mean? The Captain hates to say it, but Charlie, that sleazy, ball headed fuck, went and pumped out tons, in excess of tons, of shares for services, pumped loads of shitty rumors into the cyber space and real markets so these bastards could sell their shares off. And then, he looks to have ran for the door. He's a slick bastard that Charlie, and Nutcracker would like to see Ballbuster crunch his nuts for these actions which have harmed so many. Charlie, truly have done much harm, but your lessons have taught us so much. You will have your day in the sun, burning in hell. What you have done is unethical; feel comfortable that your mistakes will be shared and taught for generations, if only a few (if that makes you feel any better, you piece of shit). When the truth comes out, you should be well protected by jail bars. Charlie, you orchestrated this so well, but you are just too stupid to do it right. You can live as a rich man when you are poor for only so long. The Captain is sorry, truly sorry, to say that your deceptive practices and incompetence will rein your life. The Captain hopes that there is truth to some of the information diseminated to investors by you and your lovely sidekick Maria. Even if this is true it hardly seems appropriate to grant either of you in exccess of 1mil + shares each. Do you really think you should be entitled to such wealth when your fraudulent practices have led others to incur a considerably loss in equity. The Captain doesn't think this is just a question of ethics anymore. Do you have a moral backbone? Or, are you and your sidekick so immorally inclined to have posed so eloquently, with the Captain between your thighs, squished in that yellow, early autumn evening with 60$ bottles of wine violating the Captain olfactory and tactile experiences(what a contrast in sensual experience and understanding upon my thigh and brain). For some reason it took the bumps differently on one side, hun. Captain Nutcracker suggests each interested SI reader have a thorough understanding of what was said in the 10-QSB. When we see what Walther's auditors come up with, we will then know which questions are answered and which remain to be a mystery. Notice how incomplete the present 10-QSB is. Doesn't it leave you with some questions to be answered? It should. Captain really hopes that his wise father's comments the other night do not come true; "It seems to me that this company is a ripe candidate for bankrupcy." And he doesn't follow the markets enough to invest in anything outside of mutual funds and real estate. Time will tell. Is there any interest out there in going as group to meet management in early '97? Assuming many of our questions are not satisfactorily answered. Then you'd get a chance to meet Nutcracker, Ballbuster, and many of the other passengers which embarked on this journey.

Yours truly,
Captain Nutcracker
