Just a little Dallas humor - some of us are still sore that the "Dallas" Cowboys moved to Irving. Just checked and still no 10K. Interesting post about the last conversation with Miss Sunshine. Most press releases do not have to go through the lawyers. Obvious exceptions would be pending legal proceedings or acquisitions or mergers. The timing of all this is very interesting - remember that there is an interest payment due on the Morgan notes in addition to the 10K filing deadline. Nothing like a little suspense to keep things exciting.
