Doug Casey OPC Update

Doug Casey still seems optimistic about Odessa's future. His latest Bulletin (March 31, 1998) suggests that the drop in oil prices over the past few months hasn't helped the stock.

but, he thinks the basic story with Odessa is looking better. Continued increases in oil prices probably should mean good things for the Company.
