Barb, I was talking about the price action when OPMRF was below $10. I don't know if any big institutions are buying or selling now but based on the high volume of yesterday and today I'm willing to bet there are big boys buying and selling, primarily buying.

We successfully tested 13 1/2 so far. We need to close on a positive note however to have a good odd for another up day tomorrow.
