HaHaHa. Your worst nightmare.....an outright AOL bull. AOL will cut prices soon, and then there will be no reason for the consumer to use an ISP. Notice how Netcom has already given up on the consumer and is running as fast as it can to the business user...so are the other large ISP's. Why??? Because AOL has already won and they know it. Besides, the ISP's(In Search of Profit) are going broke trying to service the fickle consumer market. Only AOL has the marketing muscle and $$ to survive.
Another thing.... all this talk in prior posts about Java and ActiveX...what a joke. Microsoft is a pretty good subcontractor for AOL's browser...not to mention its free distribution..and most AOL users don't use the internet that much anyway because it is so inferior to AOL's organized content. Everybody who confuses technology with marketing will lose big $$. AOL understands marketing and will return to its glory days soon... because AOL rules.
