TPRO/TAVA and hundreds of other OTC companies lost their "blue-sky"
status in California 12/31/97. The state changed their requirements and didn't bother to tell anyone. Worse yet California no longer maintains a list of companies "blue-skyed" to operate in the state!
TAVA (and hundreds of other small-cap companies) had to re-submit
paperwork to Sacramento and have regained blue sky status. IMO this
in no way reflects on TAVA but speaks very loudly about bureaucratic
incompetence in "The Golden State".

On another note, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter is now a market maker
in TAVA. Once we see our NMS upgrade on the newswire, a couple
of positive announcements etc. we'll not only be "credible / repectable" and rolling through $20 IMHO.
