Leroy, I agree the price will move significantly with either of the two items.

1. ATXI signs a letter of intent (which means they have reviewed
the financials).

2. FAMH releases 1997 audited financials.

But I do think there is one additional event that should also move the price significantly.

3. The closing of the Myriad acquisition. Going from an 8 million to an 80 million dollar company is VERY significant.

And I think we should see at least one of the three items happen yet this week. After all Myriad is scheduled for Friday.
