Warren,

Please reply soon. I am really struggling about either buying Zitel or not. Dave Stewart claims that E. P. Esping is both the head of Matradigm and BC Holdings. The 1.5 million deal was done long ago. Esping simply granted (albeit in the form of a "purchase") his BC Holdings Co. this 7% stake. Therefore, the "buyer" and the "seller" were the same person. Does this make any valuations simply meaningless? Just a thought. What do you think? What do you think will happen on Monday? Don't there have to be more sellers than buyers for a stock to go down? And since this stock ran up so fast, don't you think that most of the shares (1/2 anyway) are being held at much lower levels, so these will be content to simply wait and see if they can squeeze even more profit out of this? As I said before, I'm really baffled on this one. Oh, aren't you also getting concerned that the shorters on this seem to be now shorting more stock than is available to cover the positions?? If stock were to go the wrong way, would not the shorts get burned?
