The last three splits occurred in May ('96,'92,'90), but to split the stock I believe that it must be one of the items up for vote at the annual meeting, and therefore, included in the proxy statement. The proxy statement for 1996's meeting included the split as an item. This year's proxy does not. Unfortunately, I don't think there will be a split.
