As far as successes I've seen both ends of the spectrum. On one end was the woman who still looks completely like a man. She seemed to be able to put up with people treating her like a freak much better than feeling like a freak. In other words, now her outside and inside match so she doesn't mind being made fun of.

On the other hand is the man I knew who became a very beautiful woman. She is a heterosexual woman and enoys her new life throughly.

I seriously doubt that either of these women would have taken a pill that would make the feelings go away even if there was one.

Is it a sin? I have no idea. One of them was/is Christian and simply asks for forgiveness for her sins no matter what they are.
