Well, maybe the fact that they issued all these shares at a discount to whomever they did is an indication that the co. desperately needed the money. Where did the unregistered shares come from? Were they issued offshore under Reg S?? Then the holders dump them back into the market at market price making themselves a healthy profit. Why doesn't this co. file electronically with the SEC or do they. I've always used the Nasdaq home page to get to Edgar but SEXI is not available. I would like to see the 10Q, 8-k's and any other docs available. Can I get to these online. Somebody please post how for me. Thanks, John
