Database value: My main point is that databases are prime assets, and TAVA is developing a major database. It is a valuable asset that reaches well beyond Y2K concerns. Large companies are willing to pay premium prices for databases that they can exploit. Sears, for example, began a national advertising campaign for its "Home Center" appliance repair service not long after buying the MXSV database. So the value of the database is in what the acquiring company can use it for. And I'm not suggesting that anyone is currently stalking TAVA. I'm suggesting that TAVA has an asset that is growing in value everytime the CD Rom spins.
