Looks like half of the management team is jumping ship: Two top Cabletron executives resign NEW YORK, April 1 (Reuters) - Cabletron Systems Inc said Wednesday that two of its top executives resigned following Chairman Craig Benson's decision to replace Don Reed as chief executive. A spokesman for Cabletron confirmed Stephan Gray resigned as director of marketing and communications and Mark Truhlar as senior director of software development. News of the departures appeared earlier on Internet news service ZDNet. According to Cabletron spokesman Jim Caldwell, the two differed with new strategies at the company for software and marketing as laid out by Benson. The resignations occured on Tuesday, Caldwell said. The company has already identified internal candidates to fill both posts, he said BG
