they didn't get money in many cases. they got "sevices." many such "services" were performed buy hucksterfoe. as stated by someone earlier, the guy paid himself (thanks maria ;-) about $900k and turned around and issued stock for $0.10 - $0.20 on the dollare...

number 1, they don't. number 2, it appears "somebody" needed more time to dump millions and millions and millions and millions of shares at THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE PRICE. you need buyers, though... you and me bud... people would not have bought and "somebody" woulda made less $$$$
