DepoMorphine is currently in Phase II clinical trials for acute post-surgical pain. I have not been able to find out when this trial will be completed. But, it shouldn't take long. The available patient population is gigantic and the duration of the trial is only for a couple of weeks. So, I suspect that we should be hearing something about it maybe during the summer.
