"... how quickly do you get response that your transaction has
been completed?..."

Welcome to the thread, Mike. With Datek, the response to your online transaction is fast, usually a min or so. For example, suppose you put in an order (to buy or sell) at market. Usually it takes less than 1 min to execute and you can check your order status by looking into either the "Open Orders" or "Daily Activity" (menu) option which is displayed on the order screen. You can do that a min or so after you have placed the order and almost always you will see the details of the execution. If, by chance, the execution takes more than 1 min, then that trade is free. It (ie when it took more than 1 min to execute an order) had happened to me a few times and Datek did not charge me on those occasions.
