Hi KC, the annual report quotes a few figures; 5.6 Billion authorized 3.4 billion issued 2.5 billion OUTSTANDING Whats the difference between the latter two.? I also figured out that Warren Buffet (who owns 200 million shares) went up in value by some 2.7 billion dollars since Dec 31/97 in KO stock alone. He's also up another billion in Gillette.
